Mark Murphy along with Muireann Nic Giolla Ruiadh run Dingle Cookery School which is now almost four years old and is going from strength to strength. The focus is on using local food to promote the best that our sea and land have to offer.

Recently Mark has taken over The Little Cheese Shop in Dingle and is very excited to be able to provide great cheese as well as promoting Irish cheese and cheesemakers.
Since moving to Dingle fifteen years ago Mark has been a key member of many projects both in Dingle and Kerry to promote local and Irish food. These projects include Dingle Food Festival and Dingle Farmers Market.
