Margaret Jeffares has extensive experience in food and tourism having worked in the travel, hospitality and agri food industries for some 30 years. She set herself as a full time marketing consultant in 2000 and forged links with a number of international consultancy firms. Margaret has sat on a government appointed boards, spoken at conferences in Ireland and around the world and organised numerous events to represent Ireland at home and overseas. She currently sits on the Advisory Board of Safefood.
