Dianne is a freelance food writer, food stylist and consultant who has written for a range of publications, including FOOD&WINE Magazine. She worked in the hospitality industry in London for several years, before becoming a food stylist and recipe developer for top UK magazine titles. Dianne is the author of The Creators: Individuals of Irish Food, published by Cork University Press,  a book borne of  her specialist interest and expertise in Irish artisanal and regional produce. She sits on the culinary judging panels for several national Irish restaurant awards and is a member of the Irish Food Writer’s Guild.
