touRRoir will culminate with a Collaborative Gala Dinner, where delegates will enjoy a unique celebration dinner incorporating the touRRoir Hall of Fame and the Good Food Ireland Best of the Decade Awards.
The dinner will bring together internationally acclaimed chefs who will come together and craft a menu inspired by Ireland’s landscape and seascape using Irish produce. This inspirational dining experience will feature Irish producers and craft drink pairings.
